Two new associates at The Residences at Bell Tower Park
Elise Thornley and Ralph Newman are newest additions to the sales staff
FORT MYERS, Fla. (Feb. 3, 2009) — Grosse Pointe Development Company welcomes the two newest additions to the sales team at The Residences at Bell Tower Park, announced Lauren Snyder-Hagan, director of sales and marketing for the developer. Elise Thornley and Ralph Newman will sell new carriage and courtyard homes at the gated community located in south Fort Myers, on the east side of U.S. 41 about one mile south of Daniels Parkway.
Thornley managed the Home Owners Association contracts and the overall permitting processes, for Grosse Pointe Development's Orlando projects. She specializes in single-family and condominium sales, as well as establishing relationships with area real estate brokers as an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Myers & the Beach Realtors Association.
Newman has been a Realtor® in the area for five years, with focus on general residential real estate and developer onsite sales. A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in economics, he is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the Greater Fort Myers & the Beach Realtors Association.
